弧焊区图象信息的光谱传感技术

Sensing technology of spectral image of welding zone in arc welding

  • 摘要: 本文利用电弧和熔池的自身光谱辐射,通过选择一个特定的辐射频域,使弧焊区各辐射源的光强达到一个合适的比例。实现了从单一信号源中得到弧焊区图象的综合信息。有效地提高了在可见光波长内电弧、熔池和焊缝三者同时成象的清晰度。为焊缝轨迹自动跟踪和智能弧焊机器人视觉化感的开发提供了理论依据和应用实例。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a new method for improving visual resolutoin of arc welding robot is proposed. It acquires the spectral emission signal from a selected wavelength region to modify the intensity proportion of the radiation sources of the welding zone. The comprehensive information about arc, molten pool and joint position are obtained. This new method may be considered as an effective way to ensure the high quality of weld tracing.
