弹塑性条件下拘束度与拘束应力

Relationship between restraint intensity and restraint stress in elasto-plastic range

  • 摘要: 拘束度作为接头刚发的度量参数有重要的实用价值与理论意义,目前有关刚性对接接头拘束度与拘束应力关系的研究仅限于弹性应力应变范围。本文重点研究了焊缝金属屈服对焊接拘束应力的影响,提出了刚性对按接头焊接拘束应力的计算公式,公式中考虑了焊缝金属屈服的影响,采用PRRC试验方法验证了公式的计算精度。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, emphasis was laid on the effect of the yield of weld metal on restraint stress?A formula for calculating the restraint stress in the RRC joints has been deduced with due regard to the yielding deformation of weld metals. Furthermore, the accuracy of the formula was evaluated with PRRC test.
