Greep behaviour of X20CrMoV12·1 welded joint

  • 摘要: 用新开发的恒应变速率试验方法研究了X20CrMoV12·1管接头蠕变行为,重点考虑了不同焊接条件和焊缝填充金属种类的影响。研究表明,X20CrMoV12·1焊接接头的蠕变强度低于母材金属和焊缝金属,且不受预热温度、焊后热处理次数、甚致填充金属种类的影响。焊接热影响区(HAZ)细晶区外部"第Ⅳ型"区的蠕变强度最低。在设计中,如果允许由内部压力和系统应力引起的轴向应力与周向应力等,那么采用一个小于1的焊缝系数将是必要的。

     

    Abstract: By a newly developed test method, the constant strain rate (CSR) test method, the creep behaviour of X20CrMoV12·1 pipe girth welds was studied with particular emphasis on the effect of welding conditions and type of filler metal. It was shown that the creep resistance of the welded joint is lower than that of the base metal and the weld metal as well, and is not affected by the change in preheating temperature, number of times of postweld heat treatment and even the type of filler metal. The outer part of the fine grained HAZ, the so called "type IV" zone, possesses the least creep strength. It is necessary to take into account of a welding efficiency factor in a design procedure if the combind axial stress due to internal pressure and system stresses is permitted to be equal to the hoop stress in the pipe.
