串联逆变式弧焊电源的微机控制方法

Method of microcomputer control for inverter arc welding power source

  • 摘要: 逆变式弧焊电源控制电路比较复杂,现都用微机进行控制和调节来获得好的特性和可靠性.本文论述了控制脉冲产生、焊接规范的键盘调节及显示、空载-负载-短路状态的相互转换及处理和系统的调节方法等.用ZX7-400型逆变焊机主电路试验表明,电源有比较好的外特性和动态性能.

     

    Abstract: Microcomputer control minimum system interface circuit and program design for the SCR-inverter arc welding power source is introduced in this paper. The method of producing pulses, the keyboard adjusting and showing of output current, the changes among no load, loaded and short circuited states and the adjusting method of microcomputer control system are discussed. The results show that satisfactory constant-current external characteristics and dynamic response can be obtained.
