低合金高强钢多层焊缝薄弱环节的组织及韧性

Microstructures and toughness of local brittle zone of HSLA steel multipass weld metals

  • 摘要: 以C-Mn,Cr-Ni-Mo手工多层焊缝为研究对象,采用示波冲击,俄歇分析,启裂源组织观察及热模拟实验,对薄弱环节组织的形态,韧性及对焊缝韧性的影响进行了研究.结果发现.低Mn%,高Mn%的C-Mn焊缝及Cr-Ni-Mo焊缝中的薄弱环节足不同的.统计分析表明,薄弱环节组织数量越多,韧性越低,焊缝的韧性就越低,合金元素对薄弱环节的韧性有影响,从而影响整个焊缝的韧性.

     

    Abstract: By using thermo-simulation, Auger analysis and Charpy V impact test and with observation of the microstructures in which the cleavage crack initiated, the morphology and toughness of the local brittle zone of C-Mn and Cr-Ni-Mo multipass weld metals have been investigated. The results indicated that the local brittle zones in C-Mn weld metals with low and high Mn% and Cr-Ni-Mo weld metals are different. With statistical analysis, it has revealed that the more the local brittle zones and the lower their toughness, the lower the toughness of the entire weld metals. The alloying elements have a noticeable influence on the toughness of local brittle zone, thereby changing the toughness of weld metals.
