焊缝射线探伤最佳检出率

Optlmum detectivity of radlographic inspection of welds

  • 摘要: 为了减少射线照像法检验焊缝时缺陷的漏检率。本文根据射线底片上缺陷的显像效果,较为系统地研究了底片黑度、缺陷性质以及焊缝状态对缺陷检出率的影响。试验研究表明,底片黑度在2.0~2.5时,焊缝缺陷的检出率最佳。在焊缝处于焊态时,其缺陷的检出率较低;经退火热处理后,缺陷的检出率提高;经正火处理后,焊缝缺陷的检出率最佳。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the detectivity of defects in radiographic inspection of welds, the influence of the density of radiographs,defect characteristics and weld state on the detectivity has been systematically studied according to the image result of defects.The results showed that the optimum detectivity can be obtained when the density of radiographs ranges from 2.0 to 2.5. The detectivity for annealed welds is better if compared with that for as-welded welds, and the detectivity for normalized welds is the best.
