高速带极堆焊工艺及设备

Technology and facilities of high-speed strip overlay welding

  • 摘要: 介绍了高速带极堆焊(HSW)工艺及设备。利用自制HS-1500×2焊接电源和带极堆焊机,配以合适的焊接规范,在保证低稀释率的前提下,不但可以使焊接速度比带极电渣堆焊(ESW)提高一倍,而且使堆焊层的抗氢致剥离性能大大提高。

     

    Abstract: Technology and facililics of high-speed strip overlay welding (HSW). was described. When the HS-1500X2 welding power and the strip overlay machine were used with suitable welding parameters and rational low dilution, the welding speed of HSW increased to twice as much as that of electro-slag strip overlay(ESW).Furthermore, the fine overlay weld with high resistance to hydrogen-induced disbonding was obtained.
