焊接HAZ硬化因子的研究

Research on hardening factor of welding HAZ

  • 摘要: 本文分别采用实际焊接接头及焊接热模拟试验方法研究了国产低合金高强钢化学成分及冷却时间t8/5对焊接HAZ硬度的影响。根据大量的测试数据分别建立了焊接HAZ和热模拟HAZ的硬度计算公式。经实测验证证明,所建立的HAZ硬度计算公式及热模拟HAZ硬度计算公式是可靠的。

     

    Abstract: The real welded joints and the method of weld thermal simulation have been employed in this paper to study the effects of chemical composition of domestic HSLA steels and cool lime ts/s on ihe hardness of welding HAZ. On the basis of a great amount of data through measurement,the formulas for calculating the hardness of welding HAZ and thermal simulated HAZ were respectively established. The practical measurement results showed that the for mulas established for calcu-laling the hardness of real HAZ and thermal simulated HAZ are relialble.
