  • 摘要: MIG/MAG焊熔透控制系统,以CCD(电荷藕合器件)为传感器,在无须标定的条件下,能实时地得到焊缝背面横向温度场的分布,从而检测出焊缝的熔透程度。在试验分析的基础上,作者通过研究焊缝熔池的行为与控制特点,采用了继电器型的非线性环节,提高了控制系统的稳定性和响应速度,实现了高质量的焊缝熔透过程控制。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a penetration control syslcm for MIG/MAG welding was developed. With CCD (Charge Coupled Device) as the sensor, the tempera lure distribution across the back of weldbcad can be detected without calibration so that the penetration degree of weldbcad may be recognized. A nonlinear unit was used to improve the stability and response of the control system. Then a process cf welding penetration control was realized precisely.
