协同式脉冲MIG焊微机控制系统

Microcumputer control system of synergic pulsed MIG welding

  • 摘要: 协同式脉冲MIG焊因其无飞溅,过程稳定和使用方便而得到迅速发展。但存在电路复杂,适应性不强和柔性差等不足。本文研制了一种微机控制的脉冲MIG焊系统,该系统不但可以实现协同控制,还可补偿由于导电嘴高度变化所引起的一元化参数配合关系的变化,保证一个脉冲过渡一个熔滴。文章还介绍了系统的控制原理及补偿方法。试验结果表明,该系统除具有一般协同控制法的优点外,还对导电嘴高度变化具有较强的补偿能力,简化了硬件电路,增强了该焊机的适应性和柔性。

     

    Abstract: The synergic pulsed MIG welding has been expanded rapidly because of its advantages of no spatter,stabilized process and easy operation.But it lacks adaptability ard flexibility,and its circuit is complicated.A pulsed MIG welding system of microcomputer control has been developed.The system not only can do synergic control but also can compensate the changes of the unified coordinate relationship caused by the change of the nozzle height.It ensures a transfer of one droplet in one pulse.The principle of control and the compensation method are introduced in the paper,too.The test results showed that the system has stronger compensation capability against the change cf nozzle height,as well as the advantages of general synergic control.Hard-ware circuit has been simplified.The adaptability and flexibility of the power source are improved.
