冷压焊中原子扩散行为的试验研究

Experimental investigation on diffusing action of atoms in cold welding

  • 摘要: 本文以试验为主,采用中子活化、电镜扫描、电子探针、光谱分析等现代测试手段,对冷压焊及各种压焊接头界面原子的扩散行为进行了大量的试验测定,得到"冷压焊过程中不存在异种金属间原子相互扩散行为"的结论。提出"原子扩散并不是一切焊接过程中的必然行为"的理论观点。指出冷压焊属晶间结合形式的金属键合。根据上述观点实现了非共格金属间及液、固相不相溶金属间的对接冷压焊。从理论和实践上扩大了金属的可焊范围。本文还对实行过热时效的各种冷压焊接头界面原子扩散行为进行了测定,揭示出它们的扩散规律。

     

    Abstract: This paper shows that there is no diffusing action of atoms in cold welding.This conclusion was drawn from a great deal of measuring experiments in the diffusing action of atoms at the interface of cold and other hot-pressure welded joints by using advanced technique such as neutron activation,S.E.M.,spectral analysis,etc.It points out that atomic diffusion is not a must action in all welding and that cold welding is a type of intergranular metallic bonding.Suceessful butt cold welding has been made between the metals of incoherent lattice and non-solublc liquidoid and non-soluble solidoid.So in theory and practice the scope of weldable metals is broadened.The diffusing action of atoms at the interface of various cold welded joints after heat-treatment was also measured and its rule of diffusion found.
