球铁的微束等离子弧精密堆焊

MICRO-PLASMA ARC PRECISION SURFACING ON NODULAR GRAPHITE CAST IRON

  • 摘要: 本研究旨在开发一种能获得极薄层的堆焊方法。此法以等离予弧作为热源,在金属表面上涂敷一层WC粉末,进行熔化堆焊.并借助于电子探针、扫描电镜及常规试验装置对堆焊熔化层的化学成分,金相组织及性能(包括硬度、抗回火性、耐磨性,耐蚀性)进行了测试。结果表明,应用此法球铁堆焊层具有良好的性能。

     

    Abstract: The purpose of this investigation is developing a new surfacing process in which extremely thin overlay can be obtained.In this surfacing process,a plasma arc is used as the heat source and a layer of WC powder is deposited on the surface of the metal.This paper analyses the results of the surfacing on nodular graphite cast iron (QT60-2).The chemical composition,the microsturcture and the properties(including hardness,resistance to tempering,wear resistance and corrosion resistance) of the deposited layer were examined by electron probe microanalysis,SEM and other traditional testing instruments.The results show that the surfacing layer on nodular graphite cast iron with very good properties can be obtained by this surfacing process.
