CO2焊射滴过渡的实现

REALIZATION OF APPLICABLE WELDING PROCESS WITH FREELY PROJECTED DROPLET TRANSFER IN PURE CO2 SHIELDED GAS

  • 摘要: CO2焊在大电流时存在射滴过渡形式,它具有与MIG焊射滴过渡类似的特征,也是一种稳定的过渡形式。不过CO2焊射滴过渡只能发生在潜弧状态下,产生潜弧的条件为在CO2气氛中,使用粗焊丝,大电流和低电压的配合参数。潜弧之后,由于电弧气氛的变化,而改变了电弧形态和作用力特点,并且仍能保持稳定的潜弧状态。这样一种认识改变了以往人们认为CO2焊自由过渡是不稳定的排斥过渡的观点。

     

    Abstract: There occurs the projected transfer form in CO2 arc welding with high current when the arc is buried,the feature is similar to projected trinansfer form MIG arc welding and it is a sta ble droplet transfer form.The condition in bwhich the arc is buried are that the parameters such as CO2 gas,thick wire,high current and low voltage should be used.when the arc is buried,the atmosphere of arc column is changed,the arc appearance and arc force features have been changed and stable buried arc can be still kept.The viewpoint that the droplet free transfer form in CO2 are welding is an unstable repelled transfer form should be changed.
