J GROOVE FLAME GOUGING TECHNIQUE

  • 摘要: 本文就切割工艺三要素——割嘴方位、切割速度、气体流量对切割过程和坡口质量的影响进行了探讨。发现其中割嘴水平位移量对切割过程和坡口尺寸的稳定性影响最大。本装置加工的J、U形坡口基本达到国标规定和使用要求,已开始应用于生产,在保证焊接质量和提高经济效益力面具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: This article discusses the effects of the cutting process and groove quality caused by three main factors of cutting technique——torch azimuth,cutting speed and gas flow rate.We found that the maximum effect on the stability of the cuttng process and groove size depends on the horizontal movement of the torch.The J and U grooves made with this kind of device have basically come up to the national standard and requirements.This device has been used in production.So it is of great significance in ensuring the welding quality and raising the economic effeciency.
