焊接接头断裂力学参量工程评定方法研究

STYDIES ON ENGINEERING ESTIMATION METHODOLOGY OF FRACTURE MECHANICS PARAMETERS OF WELDMENT

  • 摘要: 本文利用全塑性有限元技术,系统地计算了中心裂纹焊接试样的断裂力学参量,给出了相关性良好的适用于工程应用的等效屈服强度和等效应变硬化指数的回归表达式。而且获得了和EPRT工程力法相兼容的断裂力学参量确定力法,它既能适用于力学性能均匀材料,又能适用于力学性能不均匀材料裂纹体的断裂力学参量评定,将EPRI工程方法向前推进了一步。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the equivalent yielding stress and equivalent strain hardening exponent are systematically calculated of welded center cracked specimen with the fully plastic finite element method.The formulas for estimaing equivalent parameters given are very convenient for engineering.An universal estimating procedure for fracture mechanics parameters compatible to EPRI approach is obtained,and it can be used for both homogenious material and heterogeneious material,making the EPRI engineering approach a new step.
