K3合金叶片裂纹的清理及补钎

CLEANING AND REPAIR BRAZING OF CRACKS IN TURBIN VANES

  • 摘要: 本文主要对K3合金导向叶片裂纹的清理及补钎进行了研究。对叶片裂纹内部氧化物的去除采用了真空净化,真空中氟化物处理和氩气中氟化物处理三种方法进行了试验。借助于俄歇能谱仪(AES)对叶片裂纹表面氧化膜及叶片表面渗铝层的去除情况进行了分析和研究,最后对清理过的裂纹进行了补钎。结果表明,这项技术用于叶片裂纹的修复是完全可行的,对其它材料的叶片和发动机零件的修理也有推广应用的价值。

     

    Abstract: The braze repair process of cracks in turbine guide vanes made from superalloy K3 is investigated in this paper.The removal of oxides from the surface of cracks is carried out using cleaning with fluoride in vacuum and in argon.AES with sputter etching are used to analyse and investigate the removal of oxidies from the surface of cracks,the stripping of coating of the aluminide.type of vanes.Finally,the cleaned cracks are repaired by brazing.The results show that the braze repair technique of turbine guide vanes is successful and can be applied to the repair of vanes and other aeroengine components made from other superalloys.
