不同接头形状下的焊接传热计算机系统

MODIFIED TEMPERATURE COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR VARIOUS WELDED JOINT CONFIGURATIONS

  • 摘要: 本文从热流分布的观点,导出各种不同接头形状下的焊接热流修正系数,简称接头形状修正系数mp,它与板厚、坡口,接头形式和焊缝位置等因素有关。文中讨论了薄板、厚板和有限厚板等情况下mp的表达式,重点讨论了厚板情况下mp的形式,以及采用插值方法探讨了焊缝位置的影响.在此基础上编制了焊接传热的计算机程序系统.文中采用了有限元数值计算方法和实验,对上述计算方法进行了验证,结果符合得很好.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,correction factors for heat input to different welded joints have been derived,beed on the theory of heat flow distribution.Three types of modification factor are discussed.These correspond to thick,thin,and finite plate thickness conditions.Emphasis has been laid on the discussion of the modification factors for thick plate.The modified temperature are substituted into the original analytical expressions in order to check the theory.The calculated results show a satisfactory correlation with FEM and experimentally obtained dada.
