角拘束对提高15MnMoVNREs钢焊接近缝区韧性的有利作用

THE HELPFUL EFFECT OF ANGLE RESTRAINT ON WELDING HAZ TOUGHNESS IN 15MnMoVNREs STEEL

  • 摘要: 本文用角拘束的方法改善了15MnMoVNREs钢焊接近缝区的韧性。其研究结果证明,从低温至室温角拘束态的Charpy-V冲击功要比非拘束态的提高20%以上,该结果是由于角拘束提高了贝氏体相变的开始温度,从而使该近缝区M-A组织的形态和精细结构发生了变化所致。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,the angle restraint method is applied to improve the welding HAZ toughness in 15MnMoVNREs steel.It is found that the Charpy-V impact energy readings of the restrained condition are increased over 20% compared to those of non-restrained condition from lower temperature to room temperature.This is due to the fact that the restraint gives rise to the increase of Bs temperature,and so the change in morphology and microstructure of the M-A constituents in welding HAZ.
