THE EFFECT OF Ti TN THE V AND N COEXISTENT WELD METAL

  • 摘要: 本文系统地研究了Ti在V、N共存焊缝中的作用,同时用透射电镜和定量相分析方法分析了Ti在焊缝中的存在形态,基本上搞清了Ti在V、N共存焊缝中的作用机理。研究结果表明,V、N共存焊缝中加入适当的Ti可以形成微细的非共格态的钛的碳氮化物,从而避免了N和V形成共格沉淀相引起的不利影响,同时又促进形成细微针状铁素体,有利于提高焊缝金属的韧性。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the effect of Ti in the V and N coexistent weld metal was investigated systematically. The form of the Ti present was analysed by means of STEM and quantitative phase analysis. It has been proved that the improvement of toughness and strength of the V and N coexistent weld meial can be best acquired by adding; suitable amount of Ti. Ii can form minute incoherent precipitation of Ti with C and N. The harmful effect of V and N coherent precpitation can be thus avoided. The refined acicular ferrite can improve the touighness of the Weld metal.
