电弧喷涂粒子飞行速度的高速摄影研究方法

A STUDY OF THE FLOWING SPEED OF ARC SPRAYING PARTICLES BY HIGH SPEED CAMERA

  • 摘要: 本文通过高速摄影所拍摄的电弧喷涂工艺过程的大量影片资料,对喷涂粒子的空间运动状态进行了定性分析.并推出了对粒子团实现"三维成象"的圆盘斜板法。利用特定的数学模型和借助于电子计算机对粒子的飞行速度进行了分析计算,有效地发挥了高速摄影机对时-空的记录能力.本文所提供的研究成果将为选择电弧喷涂的最佳工艺参数和改进枪体设计提供了理论依据.

     

    Abstract: A qualitative analysis has been undertaken for the special moving state of spraying particles with lots of filming on the technologic proccss of are spraying by high speed camera.The "oblique circular target" method for the performance of three-dimensional display of particles has been deducted.specd of the particles has been calculated by means of a special mathematical The flowing model with electronic computer so that the time-spacc recording ability of high speed photography may be enhanced.The result presented in this paper could be used as a theoretical basis for the selecting of optimum arc spraying parameters and the improving of spraying gun design.
