点焊接头在复杂载荷谱下的疲劳研究

THE FATIGUE BEHAVIOUR OF SPOT WELDED JOINTS UNDER COMPLEX SPECTRUM LOADING

  • 摘要: 本文研究了汽车用点焊接头在常幅和复杂道路载荷谱下的疲劳行为;比较了两种不同强度的板材的点焊性能;用雨流计数法结合线性累积损伤规律对载荷谱进行了损伤分析和寿命预测。结果表明:用常幅疲劳性能结合线性损伤分析,可以较好地预测材料在复杂载荷谱下的疲劳性能。

     

    Abstract: The fatigue behaviour of spot welded joints under constant and road spectrum loading was investigated by experiment. Linear accumulative damage analysis was conducted by using rain flow counting method and Miner's rule. The performance of two kinds of material with different strength was compared. It is shown that the test result is in good agreement with the predicted life by linear damage rule in conjunction with constant amplitude fatigue test data.
