用TV摄象机对脉冲焊接电弧长度的采样控制

STUDY OF SAMPLING AND CONTROLLING MAG WELDING ARC LENGTH BY TV CAMERA

  • 摘要: 本文研究了用微机图象处理的方法对脉冲焊接电弧长度进行控制的问题。研究中使用了由个人微计算机、图象处理装置及焊接机器人构成的正规视觉机器人系统,对弧长进行采样控制,以提高焊接质量。该系统以弧长作为操作量,改变每个周期的脉冲峰值电流的宽度,以达到对焊接弧长控制的目的。系统反应灵敏,弧长稳定,焊接质量好。

     

    Abstract: An investigation of some approaches to digital image technique in measuring and controlling MAG welding arc was conducted. In this research work, the authors controlled the arc for improving the welding quality, using an optica welding robot. The control system consisted of TV-camera, microcomputer and image memory. The arc length was taken as the manipulated quantity in the system and the peak current width of welding pulse was varied. The result of the study offers a new and feasible method for the automatic MAG welding.
