可控硅逆变式弧焊电源微机控制系统研究

INVESTIGATION ON THE MICROCOMPUTER CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THE SCR-INVERTER ARC WELDING POWER SOURCE

  • 摘要: 文中论述了以TP-801微计算机山核心的可控硅逆变式弧焊电源控制系统。(1)TP-801微机在系统中的作用,A/D、D/A接口电路和微机控制原理;(2)被控制量和控制量的选择;(3)系统软件编制;(4)恒流、恒压外特性的获得和调节过程。

     

    Abstract: The control system with TP-801 microcomputer for the SCR-inverter arc welding power source is discussed in this paper. It contains; (1) principle of the control, function of TP-801 in the system, A/D and D/A interface circuit; (2) selection of the controlling and controlled objects; (3) design of the system softwares; (4) ways of obtaining and modulating the constant-current and constant-voltage external characteristics of the SCR-inverter arc welding power source.
