稀土在钢焊缝金属中的吸氢作用

THE HYDROGEN ABSORBING ACTION OF RARE-EARTH ALLOYS IN STEEL WELD METAL

  • 摘要: 本文探讨了稀土金属合金及其氧化物与焊缝金属中扩散氢作用的规律。试验结果表明,它们都可降低焊缝金属中的扩散氢含量,但它们的加入量各有不同的临界值,因此,利用稀土金属合金及其氧化物是研制超低氢焊接的一种好材料。

     

    Abstract: The interaction of rare-earth alloys and their oxides with diffusible hydrogen in steel weld metal was investigated. The resulis showed that rare-earth alloys can decrease the diffusible hydrogen content in weld metal. However, there are different critical values for the rare-earth alloys to be added to the coating of electrodes. Rate-earth alloys can bs used for developing ultra-low hydrogen electrodes.
