新型Fe-Mn堆焊合金的抗接触疲劳性能的研究

ON THE CONTACT FATIGUE RESISTANCE OF A NEW Fe-Mn OVERLAYING ALLOY

  • 摘要: 通过滚-滑式接触疲劳试验,对若干种堆焊合金的抗接触疲劳性能进行了对比,筛选出了一种新型的堆焊合金。该合金具有较为理想的接触疲劳抗力。当赫兹接触应力σj=1560MPa时,寿命可达107以上。同时,对该合金优良的接触疲劳抗力的来源进行了探讨。认为在变形过程中发生的r→a'应变诱发马氏体相变和M3C颗粒的析出有效地提高了材料的强度,阻止了持续的塑性变形。而应变诱发马氏体周围的奥氏体则具有很大的韧性储备,可以降低裂纹的扩展速率,从而提高了使用寿命。这一合金的特点在于,材料的强度来自使用初期的跑合过程,省去了堆焊后对表面的热处理工艺。

     

    Abstract: The conta fatiguc resistance of several overlaying alloys had been compared, by rolling-sliding tests, and a new Fc-Mn alloy showed the best resistance among the different alloys. The service life of this alloy was found to. be longer than 1×107 under the condition of σj=1560 MPa. The mechanism of the good contact fatigue resistance of the alloy was investigated. It is considered that the strain-induced martensitic transformation, from γ to α' and the precipitation of M3C carbide particles increase the strength of the material effectively,and impede the continuous plastic deformation. As the huge reserve of toughness in the austenite surrounding the martensite can decrease the propagation rate of cracks, so the service life is increased. One of the advantages of this overlaying alloy is that the heat treatment for the overlaid surface can be saved because the strength needed can be obtained in the running-in process through effective work-hardening.
