少量镍降低粒状贝氏体焊缝脆性转变温度的机理

INFLUENCE OF SMALL AMOUNT OF NICKEL ON THE BRITTLE TRANSITION TEMPERATCURE OF GRANULAR BAINITIC WELDS

  • 摘要: 少量镍(0.12%~0.36%)可以降低焊缝粒状贝氏体转变温度、细化粒状贝氏体中的M-A组元、提高焊缝解理断裂应力,从而降低粒状贝氏体焊缝的脆性转变温度。

     

    Abstract: A small amount (0.12% to 0.36%) of nickel can lower the granular bainite transformation temperature, decrease the average area of M-A constituent in the granular bainite, raise the cleavage fraclure stress of the weld,and hence lower the brittle transition temperature of the weld.
