异种钢焊接接头熔合区中的“富奥氏体带”

“AUSTENITE-RICH BAND” IN THE FUSION ZONE OF DISSIMILAR STEEL WELDED JOINT

  • 摘要: 用Cr30Ni10型焊条焊接中高碳珠光体异种钢接头时发现,该接头的熔合线焊缝侧附近存在着一条"富奥氏体带"。其组织特征是,在奥氏体基体上分布着不连续的马氏体和铁素体组织。本文就"富奥氏体带"的作用、产生条件、形成机制以及对接头抗裂性和韧性的影响作了分析探讨。试验证明,该"富奥氏体带"的研究对异种钢接头熔合区冷裂纹机制的探讨及焊接生产有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In the study of dissimilar steel welded joints of medium and high carbon pearlitic steel welded by Cr30Nil0 type covered electrodes, the authors find that there is a special band of austenite near the fusion line of welded joint. In that band, termed as the "Austenite-Rich Band",there are uncontmuous structures of martensite and ferrite. The funetion and formation mechanism of the "Austenite-Rich eand" and the effet on the ek-resisting ability and toughness of the joints are explored and analysed.
