微机图象处理法对高频脉冲TIG焊电弧的诊断研究

DIAGNOSIS OF PULSED HIGH FREQUENCY TIG WELDING ARC BY MICROCOMPUTER IMAGE PROCESSING

  • 摘要: 本文提出了用红外摄象微机图象处理诊断电弧等离子体的新方法。实践证明,该方法正确可靠。它有一次获得全场信息,较现有方法简便、快速、直观。有利于实时检测和监控。利用该方法首次对高频脉冲(HF)电弧进行诊断,获得了HF电弧的一些新信息,为研究HF电弧特性及揭示"高频效应"机理开辟了新的途径。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a new method of diagnosing arc plasma by infra-red photography microcompurer image processing.Experiments have shown that this method is correct,reliable,sinple,fast,visual,and helpful to real-time measurement and control.The high frequency pulsed TIG welding arc was first diagnosed by this method.Certain new information about the high frequency pulsed arc was obtained.A new approach to the study of the high frequency arc and the mechanism of "hig hfrequency effect" was revealed.
