溶质浓度分布对焊接熔池凝固结晶的影响

THE EFFECT OF DISTRIBUTION OF SOLUTE CONCENTRATION ON THE SOLIDIFICATION AND CRYSTALLIZATION IN THE WELD POOL

  • 摘要: 本文创建了瞬时定态新方法。首次测出焊接熔池固-液界面前沿Si溶质浓度分布呈指数形式衰减。展现出焊缝金属晶体萌生、长大不同时刻的凝固瞬时Si溶质浓度分布。找到以固-液界面为界固相中Si溶质堆积层厚度与液相中Si溶质扩散层厚度之间的关系。提出界面组成过冷度是晶体变速生长的动力,表明在焊接过热条件下不存在均质形核假说。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,anew method called "rapid fixing" has been established for the study of the solute distribution at the solid-liquid interface during solidification of the welds.It was the first time to measure the concentration of Si solute in LD11R Al alloy at the frontier of the S-L interface and to show that the distribution of the concentration of Si solute was declinde in an exponential way.This work shows the transient distribution of the Si solute at different time during the crystal nucleation and growth.A relationship between the thickness of the Si solute build-up in the solid phase and that of the Si solute diffusion in the liquid phase at the S-L interface was found out.From the results,it can be concluded that the constitutional supercooling at the interface is a driving force for the crystal growth with variable rate.This work also shows that under overheating condition in the weld the assumption of homogeneous nucleation is not applicable.
