双金属机锯条局部真空电子束连续焊接新工艺的研究

INVESTIGATION ON THE EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY OF PARTIAL VACUUM ELECTRON BEAM WELDING IN THE CONTINUOUS MANUFACTURE OF BIMETALLIC SAW BLADE

  • 摘要: 本文研究了局部真空电子束连续焊接双金属机锯条设备与工艺。用此种新工艺制造出的双金属锯条可节约高速钢82%,其切削性能与整体高速钢锯条相同。

     

    Abstract: This paper deals with the equipment and technology of partial vacuum electron beam welding in the manufacture of bimetallic saw blade.The cutting ability of the bimetallic saw blade is the same as that of the high-speed steel blade,however,the former saves high-speed steel about 82%.
