可控硅弧焊电源外特性的数字控制

DIGITAL CONTROL OF STATIC CHARACTERISTICS OF A SILICON CONTROLLED RECTIFIER ARC WELDING POWER SOURCE

  • 摘要: 本文介绍可控硅弧焊电源用微型计算机进行数字控制以获得多种外特性的试验研究。结果表明,采用带前馈的比例-积分控制算法,可以得到很理想的垂直陡降恒流外特性。结果还表明,应用本文提出的算法和流程图,恒流兼有电弧力的外特性、斜率不同的下降外特性、具有恒定输出功率的外特性均可获得,并且可以进行人机对话,选择所需的外特性和给定参数,控制灵活,适于一机多用。若在微机控制的机械化焊接装置或机器人焊接系统中采用这种电源,将使全系统作用更大,功能更强。

     

    Abstract: A study of SCR arc welding power source comprising a microcomputer to implement digital control for obtaining multiple static volt-ampere characteristics was made.It is found that the optimum constant current static characteristic can be obtained by using the feed-forward plus proportional-integral control algorithm,and that the constant current with arc force control characteristic,dropping characteristic with different slopes,and constant power output characteristic can be achieved by utilizing the algo-rithms and flowchart described in this paper.Furthermore,the interface between use rand machine is available for the setting of the characteristics and paramters required.
