GH99镍基合金焊接热裂纹的动态过程研究

AN INVESTIGATION ON THE DYNAMIC PROCESS OF WELDING HOT CRACKING IN GH99 NICKEL BASE ALLOY

  • 摘要: 本文利用高温金相显微镜直接观察GH99镍基高温合金钨极氩弧焊焊缝和热影响区在1200℃和一定应力、应变条件下的组织变化和热裂纹的起始、扩展、断裂的动态过程,研究合金的化学成分、组织及所受应力、应变对焊接热裂纹(结晶裂纹和液化裂纹)的影响。研究结果表明,影响热裂纹的主要因素是合金的化学成分,尤其是Al、Ti含量及Al/Ti(含量)比值,应力和应变也有一定的影响。化学成分决定了合金的零塑性温度,零塑性温度较高的合金的热裂纹倾向小,低者热裂纹倾向大。

     

    Abstract: By using a high temperature microscope direct observation has been carried out in the TIG welded joint of GH99 nickel base superalloy at temperature 1200℃ under a certain stress and strain.The microstructure and dynamic process of initiation and propagation,of cracking were studied with a view to ascertaining the influence factors.The experimental results show that the principal factor affecting hot cracking is the chemical composition of alloy,especially the aluminium and titanium contents as well as Al/Ti ratio.The applied stress and strain condition can also affect the hot cracking to a certain extent.
