高空载电压双路防电击交流焊机的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF A HIGH OPEN CURCUIT VOLTAGE AC ARC WELDER WITH DOUBLE PROTECTION SYSTEM AGAINST ELECTRIC STRIKE

  • 摘要: 本文对研制高空载电压双路防电击交流焊机的必要性作了论述,并对设备的主要技术性能提出了要求。对设计高空载电压交流焊机的主要技术依据--工作电压、电流调节范围、空载电压三个指标进行了分析,并给出了具体数据.对防电击装置的工作原理进行了系统分析。为了确保该装置的安全防护作用,首次提出了双保险的设想,研制成功的双路防电击装置,从理论和实践上,解决了高空载电压交流焊机使用的安全性问题。对研制的设备进行了调试和焊接试验,从提供的技术数据表明,此设备性能良好,运行可靠,达到了原设计的要求。

     

    Abstract: The necessity of developing a high open curcuit voltage AC arc welder with dou-ble protection system against electric strike has been discussed and the essential techni-cal properties of the welder have been proposed in this paper.The three technical characteristics-welding voltage,current setting range,and open curcuit voltage,which are the main technical bases for designing the welder,have been analysed and their numerical values given.The working principle of the device has also been analysed thoroughly.To ensure that the device will function effectively,the idea of double-protection was first introduced and a satisfactory device of such was developed.
