焊接试件拉伸和弯曲拘束强度的计算

COMPUTATION OF TENSILE AND BENDING RESTRAINT INTENSITY OF WELDMENT TEST SPECIMENS

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了计算焊接件拘束强度的有限元法,并与实测方法进行了比较。借助有限元法利用电子计算机计算了各种不同焊接试件的拉伸和弯曲拘束强度,并对它们进行比较。在此基础上,讨论了弯曲拘束强度在评估焊接试件拘束程度方面的真正意义。同时指出,用电子计算机有限元法计算既方便又实用,不论在目前还是将来,在计算和比较焊接试件拘束强度方而均是一个有力手段。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,a FEM for computation of the restraint intensity of a weldment is introduced and compared with the measurement method.By FEM the tensile restraint intensity and bending restraint intensity of different weld assemblies were computed.The significance of bending restraint intensity in estimating the restraint severity of welded assemblies was discussed.The author found this method practical and convenient.
