20g钢埋弧焊接头冷弯开裂原因的研究

THE MECHANISM OF COLD BBND INDUCED CRACKING OF SUBMERGED ARC WELDING JOINT OF 20g STEEL

  • 摘要: 本文通过对20g钢埋弧焊接头冷弯开裂试件的扫描电镜断口、弯前接头金相分析以及20g钢热裂纹和热塑性试验等认为,20g钢埋弧焊接头冷弯开裂原因主要是焊后在接头熔合区产生结晶裂纹和液化裂纹,试件冷弯时,熔合区裂纹扩展造成接头冷弯开裂。

     

    Abstract: The cause of cold bend induced cracking of submerged arc welding joint of 20G steel was investigated by electron fractography supplemented by optical metallographic study of joints prior to bending.Hot cracking test and thermal plasticity test of 20G steel were also made.It was suggested that there were solidification and liquation micro-cracks in the fusion zone.As the test piece was being cold bent,the micro-cracks propagated.The bend induced crack was thus formed.
