关于应用微处理机检测点焊焊接电流有效值的研究

AN INVESTIGATION OF THE CONTROL AND MEASUREMENT OF THE EFFECTIVE VALUE OF WELDING CURRENT IN SPOT WELDING BY MICRO-COMPUTER

  • 摘要: 本文主要介绍了采用微处理机控制器检测电阻点焊焊接电流有效值的数值计算原理、检测装置及其检测精度。文中详细论述了峰值电流的求解方法,并论证了在微处理机精度范围内电流有效值I与峰值IM的比值与负载功率因数角φ无关,而仅是可控硅导通角θ的函数的重要结论。从而得出了I/IM=P(θ)的函数关系式。此研究成果为电阻点焊焊接电流有效值的检测提供了一种新的可行的方法。

     

    Abstract: The principle of numerical method of finding the effective value of current in spot welding by using the controller of micro-computer,the controlling and measuring device,and the related accuracy are presented in this paper.This paper elaborates the solving process of peak current and draws an important conclusion that within the range of precision of the micro-computer the ratio of effective value of current I to peak current IM bears no relation to the power factor of load φ and is only a function of the angle of current conduction θ of the silicon controlled rectifier.Thus,formula I/(IM)=P(θ) is obtained.The result of this study offers new and viable method for the control and measurement of the effective value of welding current during spot welding.
