插销缺口附近的应力状态

STRESS STATE IN THE VICINITY OF IMPLANT NOTCH

  • 摘要: 本文采用轴对称弹塑性非均质材料的有限元程序,分析了插销缺口局部区域的应力状态和塑性变形行为。计算结果表明,缺口处的直力集中系数在弹性范围保持不变;而在塑性范围,应力集中系数随外加载荷的增加而下降。当焊缝强度较低时,塑性变形区主要在焊缝中扩大;当焊缝强度增加时,焊缝中的应力增加,塑性变形区减小。

     

    Abstract: By using the finite element programme for the axial symmetry heterogeneous material in elastoplastic slate,this paper analyses the local stress state and plastic deformation behaviour in the vicinity of implant notch.The calculated results show that the stress concentration factor at the notch tip remains constant in the elastic range,but decreases with the increase of external load in the plastic range.For the lower strength weld metal,the plastic deformation zone in weld joint extends mainly in the weld metal;however,for the higher strength weld metal,the stress in the weld increases and the plastic zone diminishes.
