排液法测定熔敷金属中扩散氢的研究

STUDY ON MEASURING THE QUANTITY OF DIFFUSIBLE HYDROGEN IN DEPOSITED METAL BY THE METHOD PUSHING LIQUID ASIDE

  • 摘要: 本文研究了一种新的扩散氢测定方法——排液法,简称PY法。这种方法是通过在特制的测定器中,试件中逸出的氢气将排挤出相应体积液体的原理来进行测定的。通过PY法与甘油法、水银法的对比试验数据说明,PY法扩散氢测定值大大高于甘油法,与水银法的测定值相当。

     

    Abstract: This pager presents a new method of measuring the quantity of diffusible hydrogen in deposited metal,method of pushing liquid aside (PY-methed).This method is based on the principle that the hydrogen discharged from sample pushes aside a definite corresponding volume of liquid in the special vessel,the quantity of diffusible hydrogen can be determined by measuring volume of the displaced liquid.As compared with glycerine method and mercury method,and after the regression of measurement data, experiments showed that the measurement value obtained by PY-method was considerably higher than that by glycerine method,and was up to that by mercury method.
