碱性焊条焊接烟气中氟化物气体的研究

AN INVESTIGATION ON THE GASEOUS FLUORIDE IN WELDING FUME OF BASIC ELECTRODE

  • 摘要: 本工作是在一定试验条件下,测定碱性焊条焊接烟气中的含氟气体量,得到CaF2以HF的形式去氢的半定量数据。根据此数据,肯定了碱性焊条主要不是以HF的形式去氢的.研究了HF与较活泼元素在焊接冶金过程中的二次反应.用红外光谱分析法,确定出碱性焊条焊接烟气中所含的少量氟化物气体,是由HF、SiF4两种气体组成。由此提出了CaF2在碱性焊条焊接冶金过程中,以HF形式去除少量氢的化学反应历程.

     

    Abstract: The content of gaseous fluoride in welding fume of basic electrode under certain test conditions was measured.The semiquantitative data for the dehydrogenation of CaF2 in the form of HF were obtained,and correspondingly,it was affirmed that the dehydrogenation of basic electrode in welding was not appeared mainly in the form of HF.The secondary reaction between HF and elements of higher activity in welding metallurgical process was investigated.It was determined with infrared spectrum,that the small amount of gaseous fluoride in the fume consisted of HF and SiF4,thereby a chemical reaction mechanism of the dehydrogenation of CaF2 in the form of HF in welding metallurgical process of basic electrode was established.
