中同轴电缆的冷压滚焊技术

THE TECHNIQUE OF COLD ROLL WELDING APPLIED TO PRODUCTION OF SINGLE TUBE MIDDLE-COAXIAL CABLE

  • 摘要: 本文从理论上解决了冷压滚焊技术参数的几个关键性问题,即冷压滚焊的变形特征、焊接压力的变化规律等,为焊机和压轮的设计及焊接工艺的制定提供了理论依据。本文还介绍了冷压滚焊用于制造单管中同轴电缆的技术。与TIG焊相比,冷压滚焊具有较高的生产率,并且既经济又可靠。

     

    Abstract: Some important problems of cold roll welding concerning technical specifications such as the characteristics of deformation and the rule of pressure variation have been solved theoretically in this paper.The author thus provides a sound basis for designing the welding machine and pressure wheel and specifying the welding technology.In this paper,the author also describes the technique of cold roll welding for producing single tube middle-coaxial cable.As compared with TIG welding,cold roll welding is higher in productive capacity and more economical and reliable.
