铝真空钎焊过程的动态研究

ON THE DYNAMIC PROCESS OF VACUUM BRAZING OF ALUMINIUM

  • 摘要: 为了深入研究铝真空钎焊机理,直接对钎焊动态过程加以观察和分析是理想的研究方法。试验表明,Al-Si-Mg系钎料在真空中加热时,Mg蒸发与加热温度、真空度有着密切关系,在500-580℃温度范围内Mg大量蒸发。Mg蒸气进入真空室,与氧化性气氛(O2和H2O)发生反应,起到净化介质作用;与氧化膜(Al2O3)作用,使其变质,生成多孔疏松的MgAl1O4。动态观察与分析清楚地表明,熔化钎焊合金在基体金属表面润湿过程中,存在着Mg蒸气对表面膜的掘进作用。因此,在铝真空钎焊过程中,Mg蒸气所起的本质作用也正是还原和掘进作用。

     

    Abstract: Direct observation and analysis of the dynamic process of brazing are essential to the study of the mechanism of vacuum brazing of aluminium.It has been shown by experimental results that the vapourization of Mg in Al-Si-Mg system is closely related to the heating temperature and the vacuum.Large amont of vapourization of magnesium occurs in the temperature range of 500-580℃.Magnesium vapourized in the vacuum chamber purifies the atmosphere as it reacts with the oxidizing agents such as O2 and H2O.Then it reacts with Al2O3 film to produce porous MgAl2O4.Dynamic observation and analysis clearly show that there exists a tunnelling effect of magnesium vapour on the surface film in the process of wetting of the molten Al-Si-Mg brazing alloy on base metal.Therefore,the principal function of magnesium vapour in the process of vacuum brazing of aluminium is its reducing and tunnelling effect.
