焊缝棱边双向激光自动跟踪系统的研究

TWO DIRECTIONAL SEAM TRACKING SYSTEM WITH LASER SENSOR WORKING ALONG A GROOVE EDGE

  • 摘要: 本文叙述了作者研制成功的新型双向激光跟踪系统,它不需借助辅助线和焊缝坡口表面,而直接以焊缝棱边为跟踪基准,用光导纤维传输激光束,采用二值化开关控制的方式,同时实现横向及高度两个方向的跟踪。能适应不同材料的对接、搭接的单道焊和多道焊,传感器体积小,焊前能在较大范围内自动寻找跟踪基准线。

     

    Abstract: The authors developed a two directional seam tracking system with a laser sensor.It makes use of one of the groove edge as the basic tracking line.An "on-off" control systm is adopted and only one laser beam transmitted by optical fibres is used effectively for both transverse and height automatic tracking.This system is adaptable for butt and lap joints of various kinds of metals in single-pass or multipass welding.The sensor is light in weight,compact and is able to search for the tracking edge within a much wider area of the plate before welding started.
