双层气体保护焊炬的试验研究

THE EXPERIMENT AND STUDY OF DOUBLE SHIELDED WELDING TORCH

  • 摘要: 本文对新型双层气体保护焊炬的设计及气体保护性能进行了试验。结果表明,"三水内冷"的双层气体保护焊炬,具有良好的气体保护性能和防止因长时间使用飞溅积聚破坏双层气体保护的效能。内层气流的间隙效应的良好作用为应用挡气板解决平板堆焊及坡口表面焊道焊接时气体保护问题,提供了可能性。

     

    Abstract: This paper provides the result about the design of a new type double shielded welding torch and the results of the experiments on gas shielding performance.It has been shown that the double shielded welding torch with "tri-water internal cooling" has a good shielding effect and prevents the positive double gas shielding effect from interference,due to the accumulation of spattering in a long welding time.The good action of gap effect of inner shielding gas flow provides the possibility by the use of gas baffle on the surface bead in the overlay and joint welding.
