弧焊逆变器的新发展——大功率场效应管弧焊逆变器

A NEW DEVELOPMENT OF INVERTER FOR ARC WELDING——POWER MOSFET INVERTER FOR ARC WELDING

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了用于微束等离子弧焊和钨极惰性气体保护焊的大功率场效应管弧焊逆变器及其性能指标,并从理论和试验研究上,论述了采用新型的大功率场效应管代替双极型大功率晶体管,作为弧焊逆变器中的快速开关,具有可靠工作范围更宽,频率和效率更高,体积更小以及控制功率极小,可直接用微处理机进行控制等优点,从而更加充分地体现弧焊逆变器的独特优越性,为它的进一步发展技到又一条途径。同时,本文还针对研制该机的主要难点,论述了在设计、工艺和结构等方面必须注意的问题,以及预言了此种新型弧焊逆变器的发展前途。

     

    Abstract: A new type of power MOSFET inverter for arc welding with its performance indices is introduced in this paper.The inverter for micro-beam plasma arc welding and GTAW is developed by authors in GFR.As a result of experiment and research,it was found that by use of new type of power MOSFET as a substitute for power bipolar-transistor as rapid switch,this inverter for arc welding possesses the following advantages:the operation range reliable is wider,working frequency and efficiency are higher,the dimentions of the inverter are smaller,control power is minimal,microprocessor can be used for control.In view of the main difficulty in developing this inverter,some notable problems in design and manufacture are described,and the developing prospect of this type of inverter is also predicted in this paper.
