多功能电子束偏摆装置的研究

A STUDY OF MULTIFUNCTION DEVICE FOR ELECTRON BEAM DEFLECTION AND OSCILLATION

  • 摘要: 本文提出的电子束偏摆装置.采用数字线路,能够产生符合工艺要求的各种波形.克服了同类装置只能产生有限波形的缺点,并能模拟双电子枪和实现脉冲工艺等多种功能,为电子束焊接工艺研究提供了一个灵活的手段。该装置在电子束焊机上的试验结果证明,合理选用电子束偏摆参数,在适当频率和偏摆幅度下,对1Cr18Ni9、GC-4、LY-11等材料可以在不同程度上抑制钉形缺陷,平滑焊缝底部,消除根部气孔。

     

    Abstract: The multifunction device for electron beam deflection and oscillation with a digital control device described in this paper can produce all kinds of graphs needed,unlike the limited graphic presentation of similar devices of different design.It can be used for the simulation of double-electron gun and impulse technology,and is an effective means of promoting EB welding application.The experiments performed on a EB machine with this device showed that if suitable parameters and graphs are selected for the welding of 1Cr18Ni9,GC-4 and LY-11 alloys,the nailing and pitting defects and the weld root porosity may be suppressed to a certain extent,leaving the root of weld smooth.
