管子闪光焊“灰斑”机理的探讨和工艺的改进

THE STUDY OF THE MECHANISM FOR THE “GREY FISH EYE” PRODUCED IN FLASH WELDING OF THE TUBES AND IMPROVEMENT OF TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: 本文对闪光焊工艺中存在的"灰斑"等低塑性组织形成机理的解释提出了新看法。认为"灰斑"可以由焊接工艺参数的调整来进行控制,并对改进管子闪光焊工艺的具体措施,比如工艺参数的选择进行了分析。介绍了预热能量自动控制技术的应用。大大简化了焊接工艺参数的调整过程。研究结果已在实际批量生产中得到了验证。

     

    Abstract: In this paper the main problems concerning the quality of flash butt welding of boiler tubes from a technological point of view are discussed.It is emphasized that the prevailing explanation for the mechanism of forming low plasticity structures like the "grey fish eyes" remains to be made perfect with further investigations.The "grey fish eyes" defects could be best put under control by technological means.The practical methods of improving welding technology are stated;and the selection of welding parameters analyzed.The paper also introduces the principle of the technique of preheat energy auto-control.In flash welding with preheating,the "heat level" of joints can be monitored by varying the degree of preheating,thus making the regulating process of welding parameters much more simplified.The said improvements have been put into practice and proven to be reliable and satisfactory in production.
