新的焊接电弧控制法

A NEW METHOD FOR CONTROLLING WELDING ARC

  • 摘要: 研制成功了一种动态特性优异、具有双阶梯形静态外特性、能快速切换的三极管焊接电源,并发展了一种新的MIG脉冲电弧控制方法(称为QH-ARC法)。利用这种控制方法,可以获得稳定性高、熔滴过渡均匀、无飞溅的MIG脉冲电弧,为焊接电弧的控制提供了一个新的途径。

     

    Abstract: The authors developed a new transistor power source which can give a dual-step static characteristic with high dynamic property and rapid changeover capability.The authors suggested also a new method (QH-ARC method) for controlling welding arc.By using this method a highly stable, spatterfree MIG pulsed arc with even droplet transfer could be obtained.The a-chievement of this work provides a new way for controlling welding arc.
