螺旋管焊缝激光自动跟踪技术研究

INVESTIGATION OF THE AUTOMATIC ARC WELDING SEAM TRACKING SYSTEM FOR THE WELDS ON THE SPIRAL TUBES BY USING LASER AS SENSOR

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了研制的焊缝激光自动跟踪传感器的工作原理.由于采用了非接触式的直视横向焦点对准光路的测距法,因此本传感器对被检测表面的光洁度没有要求.它甚至可以检测剪切、刨削和手工气割的凸凹不平的表面.根据需要,传感器可组成单接收器或双接收器。双接收器有多种接收组合,利用这些组合的接收信号可检测对接坡口的三十多种位置偏差.传感器可直接跟踪焊接坡口的斜面或棱边,也可以跟踪人为跟踪线(塑料带).上述传感器已用于生产.

     

    Abstract: The working principle of the automatic laser tracking transducer for welding will be described in the present work. This transducer is not restricted by the roughness of the detected surface by using the non-contact distance-detecting technique for the optical path of the direct-visual transverse focusing alignment. It can be used even to detect the uneven surface which was sheared, planed and manually gas cut. This transducer can be assembled into the single or double as required. The double receiver has various recepting combinations. By means of recepting signal of these combinations about 30 deviational positions of butt weld groove can be detected. Above-mentioned transducer can directly track the beveled sides, the edge of weld groove as well as the artificial tracking line (plastic tape). Aforesaid transducer has been applied in production.
