CuCrZr/Inconel 625异种材质合金管激光焊接工艺与接头界面组织性能

Microstructure and mechanical properties of CuCrZr /Inconel 625 laser welding joints on HEPS storage ring vacuum box

  • 摘要: 对CuCrZr与Inconel 625异种材料合金管进行激光对焊试验,观察分析各组试样的接头形貌、微观组织、化学成分以及力学性能分析,试验结果表明,在1 100 ~ 1 300 W的激光功率, + 20 mm的离焦量以及14.5 mm/s的焊接速度,20 L/min的99.9%Ar气保护时焊缝成形良好,可实现Inconel 625/CuCrZr管的全位置焊接,焊缝内部缺陷较少,但随着焊接功率的增加焊缝下塌现象明显;Inconel 625/CuCrZr焊缝与母材连接界面元素过渡明显,由于Ni元素,Cu元素互溶,在焊缝内部主要以富Ni的Ni/Cu固溶体存在, 在激光焊接过程中CuCrZr母材受激光搅拌作用,有部分铜母材被“卷入”焊缝内,待工件冷却后保留在焊缝内部;Inconel 625/CuCrZr管激光焊接接头抗拉强度较高,晶粒粗大的CuCrZr的热影响区位置是主要断裂位置,断裂形式以韧性断裂为主.

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the laser butt welding experiment of CuCrZr and Inconel 625 dissimilar material alloy tube was carried out, and the joint morphology, microstructure, chemical composition and mechanical properties of each sample were observed and analyzed. The experimental results show that the weld is in good shape under the laser power of 1100 W − 1300 W, the defocus amount of + 20 mm and the welding speed of 14.5 mm/s, and the weld is in good shape when shielded by 99.9%Ar gas of 20 L/min. The all-position welding of Inconel 625/CuCrZr pipe can be realized, and the internal defects of the weld are less. However, the phenomenon of weld collapse is obvious with the increase of welding power. The transition of interface elements between Inconel 625/CuCrZr weld and base metal is obvious. Due to the mutual solubility of Ni and Cu, there is mainly Ni-rich Ni/Cu solid solution inside the weld. In the process of laser welding, copper base metal is stirred by laser, and some copper base metal is “involved” in the weld, which remains in the weld after the workpiece is cooled. The tensile strength of laser welded joint of Inconel 625/CuCrZr pipe is high, the main fracture position is the position of HAZ of coarse-grained CuCrZr, and the fracture form is mainly ductile fracture of CuCrZr base metal.
