TC4钛合金消音蜂窝结构钎焊工艺

Study on the brazing process of titanium sound-reduction honeycomb core sandwich structure

  • 摘要: 采用Ti基钎料真空钎焊方法进行了TC4钛合金消音蜂窝钎焊试验,对不同钎料添加厚度钎焊后消音蜂窝堵孔、钎焊界面焊合率、钎焊界面组织和力学性能进行了对比分析,确定了TC4钛合金消音蜂窝钎料添加厚度和钎焊工艺参数.结果表明,随着钎料添加厚度的增加,消音蜂窝带孔面板堵孔率增加,同时钎料元素对钎焊界面原始组织溶解加剧,蜂窝的拉伸力学性能下降明显.增加钎料添加厚度能够显著提高钎焊界面焊合率,当钎料添加厚度增加至30 μm以上时,能够获得焊合率良好的消音蜂窝结构.钎料添加厚度为30 μm,钎焊温度920℃,保温时间90 min时,钎焊后的钛合金消音蜂窝力学性能良好,且消音蜂窝声学性能试验测试结果和理论模型计算结果一致.

     

    Abstract: Titanium sound-reduction honeycomb sandwich core structures were brazed by Ti-based brazing filler metals. Effects of brazing filler metal in different thickness on the blockage of sound-reduction holes, brazing interface defects, brazing interface microstructure and mechanical properties of honeycomb sandwich structures were comparatively investigated. Results shows that:with increasing of the thickness of brazing filler metal, the blockage ration of sound-reduction holes is improved, and the dissolution of brazing filler metal to honeycomb core foil is enhanced, which makes the tensile strength of honeycomb sandwich structure decreased dramatically. However, defects at brazing interface are significantly reduced along with the increase of the thickness of brazing filler metal. When the thickness of brazing filler metal is 30 μm at the brazing temperature of 920℃ with the holding time of 90 min, titanium sound-reduction honeycomb sandwich structure with good mechanical properties could be attained, and the experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical results of the acoustic performance of titanium sound-reduction honeycomb sandwich structure.
